This is an amazing book. I am not Jewish--though my paternal grandfather was a secular jew from Hungary--and yet I find the meditations and movements in this book very centering and healing. I find the spiritual energy here to be much more powerful than in the much more widely distributed and Madonna-associated Kabbalah Centre publications by the Berg brothers. If you do even 10 minutes a day of these movements and prayers for a week, I believe you'll start to feel something quite extraordinary: a reconnection with your own soul and, through it, to the divine. There should be dozens of reviews here, not three. Blessings!
