As usual, Richard writes a fantastic book.I haven't had time to practice everything in this book because it is stuffed with so many useful exercises.This will take a few years to absorb all this information.I'm so glad this book has been updated. The previous "Transformations" was, IMHO, the best hypnosisbook I have ever read.Thanks once again, Richard!

In this book you will learn how to apply self-hypnosis, with the correct language, for the purpose of improving any area of your life that you desire. You can use this knowledge to eliminate fears or phobias, increase assertiveness at work, or improve your relationships. I challenge you not to just read this book and let it inspire you, but pick an area of your life you want to transform, apply the techniques, evaluate the changes and you will be more than pleased. Share the knowledge with your family, refer your friends to the book, and you will be creating positive impact on the world. In this Internet Age, you don't have to take my word on it. Research the author and his impact in the fields of psychology and self-help. Then come back and buy this book!
This is a very good Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) book by Bandler himself.It summarizes a lot about NLP in a way that is clear and easy to understand.I especially like that Bandler shuns the psychmumo "why" and goes for the "how". I think that he is spot on.There is a decent appendix that is worth reading.I highly recommend this book if you are interested in any kind of change in yourself. Forget about buying a shrink a new house as you spend years trying to understand why you do something, only to discover that it makes no difference.Instead, discover how your fears and phobias work in you mind. Are they pictures? Are they fuzzy, vivid, up close, from a distance, color or black and white? Learn to store memories the way the mind does to make them more potent or less potent.
Richard Bandler's Guide to Trance-formation is one of the most easy to understand NLP books I've ever read by anyone. It explains the change process with out being so technical that it loses the reader. Also, it clearly defines the Meta Model, and its applications. I'd recommend this to those with some NLP experience, and those seeking experience.
Awesome strategies. Very concise and easy to apply. Richard Bandler has a very broad and keen understanding of human nature. By pointing towards viable solutions he explores all possible options to create lasting results. His main focus is to point the person in the right direction for a successful resolution.
Excellent book from beginning to end. This book delivers beyond expectations. Easy to read and understand, and not lacking in substance. Anyone, even those not familiar with hypnosis and neurolinguisticprogramming, will benefit from reading and jexperiencing this book (here are execises the reader can do to improve the reader's life). I highly recommend this book.

Mr. Bandler's work is, in my humble opinion, unrivaled. With years of experience and a no nonsense way about him that is direct and yet not aggressive, I have found this book to be a treasure that I return to over and over again. It is filled with exercises, examples, things to read and work through and experiment with a friend or group. It just cannot be stated enough what a necessary book this is for every serious hypnotist to have on his/her shelf. Amazing.
