This book is a step by step view of what needs to be done to perform the awesomecolor therapy introduced to this country by Dinshah in the twentieth century. When Ifirst heard of this therapy many years ago, I was not able to put the items neededtogether to use the therapy for myself. Now it is very simple and affordable with the book which is a remarkable tool and guide for the uninitiated who wants to enhance their health.I find it very curious that all of my ailments require very similar colored gels/lightsto align and correct my health. The book and the Dinshah Health Society are a gift to mankind. Thank you DHS for making a complicated system of healing available so simply to us and keeping this therapy affordable to the ordinary person. When I first heard of the therapy in the '90s I was informed by my practitioner the total cost $1500.+ I put it together ~ 2 years ago for less than $150. I am so grateful and my long standing health issues are beginning to change with diligence to the practice.
